We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unhealthy (examples: biohazards,
mold, blood/bodily fluids, pest infestations, exposed wiring, structural risks, etc.). Additional fees or
rescheduling may apply if hazardous conditions prevent completion.

Pets must be secured during cleaning. We are not liable for pets escaping, injuries, or stress-related issues.
We may cancel or reschedule if pets interfere with service or create unsafe conditions.
6. Satisfaction / Re-Clean Policy Disclaimer
Concerns must be reported within a defined window (example: 24–48 hours). If appropriate, the remedy may be a
re-clean rather than a refund. No guarantees apply after the client re-enters and uses the space.

responsible for alarm issues unless instructed. Missed access may result in a fee or rescheduling.
